Years in product design
Product Design & Art
Direction
I design products the way an owner does: scope first, MVP first, launch first.
Product designer and art director, 15+ years. I also own a product I shipped to the App Store myself, and that side of the work changed my advice: cut the scope, ship the MVP, learn from real users, then polish.

How I Work
Work Process
Discovery
Goals, audience, budget, and the real deadline. What the product must prove first, and where the money and time actually go.
Structure
UX flows, architecture, screen hierarchy, and product states. Feature order, user paths, and the structure needed for delivery.
Visual Direction
Visual system, UI language, motion, and interface rhythm. Product feel, art direction, component behavior, and visual consistency.
Build
Designs turned into a working product: Webflow and CMS, custom code, or native iOS and Android. The stack follows the product.
Quality Testing
Usability, performance, responsiveness, and accessibility checks. Edge cases, content polish, and launch readiness before release.
Launch Support
Deployment, hosting, store preparation, and analytics setup. Launch assets, handoff materials, and support after publication.
Engagement Format

About
Based in Prague, working remotely with founders and companies worldwide.
I argue for the MVP over pixel polish, because I have paid for both.
Fifteen years as a designer and art director, and the last ones as a product owner: scoping, building, shipping to the App Store, and living with every decision afterwards. I can join a team as a product designer or art director, work next to founders and developers, or take an early-stage product from idea to a working MVP.
